Terms of Services
Art Commission Terms of Service (TOS)1. General Terms
- I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.
- Prices are subject to change based on complexity, demand, and additional details.
- Commissions are for personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased.
- If you do not want your commissioned artwork to be posted publicly, a privacy fee may apply.2. Payment & Refunds
- Payments are made via [Payment Platform] in full or a 50% upfront deposit with the remaining balance due before final delivery.
- All payments are non-refundable.
- Refunds will not be issued for completed work.3. Process & Turnaround
- I will provide updates during different stages (sketch, lineart, coloring, final render).
- The expected update time varies (2-4 weeks, depending on
complexity and workload). May vary depending on the slot.
- 5 Revisions are allowed up until lineart; + minor color changes at the coloring stage.
Changes may incur additional fees depending on the complexity of the changes4. Usage & Copyright
- I, the artist, retain all rights to the artwork, including the right to display and use it in my portfolio unless a privacy fee is paid.
- You may not claim the artwork as your own or remove my watermark/signature.
- The artwork may not be used for AI training, NFTs, or blockchain-related projects.5. Commercial & Merchandise Rights
- Personal Use: Includes profile pictures, wallpapers, and non-profit purposes.
- Commercial Use: If the artwork is used to generate revenue (e.g., YouTube thumbnails, streaming assets), a commercial fee applies.
- Merchandise Use: If the artwork is used for resale (e.g., prints, apparel, stickers), a merchandise fee applies.6. Pricing for Commercial & Merchandise Use
- Commercial Use Fee: +100% of base commission price (e.g., $100 artwork = $200 total)
- Merchandise Use Fee: +200% of base commission price (e.g., $100 artwork = $300 total)
- Privacy Fee: +30% of base commission price (e.g., $100 artwork = $130 total)
if you do not want your commissioned artwork to be posted publicly.
- Custom licensing terms can be discussed for large-scale projects.7. Delivery & File Format
- Final files will be provided in PNG/JPEG format; PSD files are available for an extra fee.
- High-resolution files will be sent via email or cloud storage.8. Client Responsibilities
- Provide clear references and descriptions.
- Communicate respectfully and professionally.9. Agreement

Bonus Event
Referral Bonus! Active from August 1 , 2025 - November 1, 2025- 10% for 1st referral
- 5% for 2nd referral
- 2.5% for 3rd referral until 4th.
- Free Icon Art at 5th referral.Terms and Conditions
- Referrals can be stacked up to four for a single artwork. It can only be used for a single artwork, and then it would reset.
- You cannot refer the person twice or someone who's already been a client of mine.
- Proof of referral must be given for it to be valid.
- Non-clients and Mutuals may also participate in the Bonus event, and they will receive a Bust up sketch for each referral until the 4th, or they may receive a half-body Cell Shade of a character of choice by stacking their referrals until 5th.
